ROBERT PEELER : President & CEO

Mr. Peeler holds a Master of Business Administrative in Strategic Planning from Pepperdine University. He was previously the Vice President of Operations at Occidental Petroleum, a multibillion-dollar corporation that he ran. He is also the former President and CEO at Omni International, a warehousing conglomerate. Mr. Peeler is also a developer and licensed contractor with over 25 years experience. His experience as a developer/contractor gives Citywide the ability to evaluate and identify viable loan prospects and determine potential loan structuring to best suit the individual projectís needs. Mr. Peeler also has extensive contacts on Wall Street, as well as private investors, giving Citywide the unique ability to obtain and close financing that ordinary banks will not entertain.

STUART ANDERSON : Vice President & Broker of Record

Mr. Anderson obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego and is a licensed and practicing attorney. He was formally an associate at the law firm of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith LLP, the second largest law firm in California. He is also a former broker-associate with Century 21 Professionals, and currently owns his own realty company. Mr. Anderson has over ten years experience in construction related litigation along with extensive real estate experience in both the legal and transactional aspects of the business.
