Robert Peeler is the President and CEO of Citywide Lending. Mr. Peeler is an experienced developer and licensed contractor. His experience as a developer/contractor gives Citywide the ability to evaluate and identify viable loan prospects and determine potential loan structuring to best suit the individual project’s needs. Mr. Peeler also has extensive contacts with Wall Street, as well as private investors, giving Citywide the unique ability to obtain and close financing that traditional banks will not entertain. Mr. Peeler has fifteen years’ experience working for various fortune 500 companies as Vice president of operations to President/CEO. Mr. Peeler also holds a Bachelor of Business Administrative degree and a Masters of Business Administrative.
Stuart Anderson is the Vice President for Citywide Lending. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees. He is an active licensed California attorney and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Anderson has extensive real estate experience in both the legal and transactional aspects of the business.
